What are the benefits of the Trade Program?

 
 
  • Our Trade Partners always receive 20% off the retail product price. You also have access to bulk order pricing and volume discounts.

  • As a Trade Partner you receive a dedicated Account Manager who will support you from start to finish for each new project. In addition to providing quotes and lead time information, your Account Manager can share expertise on material specifications, feedback regarding various installation methods, cost comparisons, ideas for value engineering and creative solutions for every masonry application.

  • Our Trade Partners can request individual samples that we’ll hand deliver, or ship complimentary, directly to your door. We also periodically send our partners curated product kits introducing new colors, finishes and cut styles.

  • Trade Partners are always welcome to visit the Design Studio + Showroom located at our Midwest fulfillment center. Stop in for a design consultation with your Account Manager and preview/preselect material options for your clients. Or, set up a time to bring your client in and utilize the studio space for your design, planning and material selection meetings. We also invite our Trade Partners to AIA presentations, industry events and happy hours hosted at our studio, which are a great opportunity to network and socialize with other industry professionals.

  • Trade Partners are the first to know about new product launches and obtain early access to view and sample exclusive product lines. As part of your membership, you will also receive our Trade Newsletter with industry tips, product training tools and unique project case studies.

Frequently Asked Questions
 
 
  • To be considered for the Trade Program you must complete the application online which asks for your business name and address, location(s) you service, company website, company social media handles and a primary contact for your business. On occasion, we may request additional information like a business card or a professional reference.

  • You can expect a response within five business days from when you submit your application.

  • Once enrolled in the Trade Program, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who can help you identify products, secure samples, provide price comparisons, answer material questions, etc. Your Account Manager will contact you shortly after you are enrolled to provide his/her direct line and email address.

  • Your Account Manager will assist you in selecting material, requesting samples and placing project orders. Trade Partners receive complementary samples upon request. When necessary, we can also arrange for mock-up material to be delivered to a project site.

  • Yes, in order to receive preferred pricing you must be enrolled in the Trade Program.

  • Contractors and installers are welcome to join our Trade Program to receive preferred pricing.

  • Partners enrolled in our Trade Program automatically receive 20% off the retail product price for standard material. Inform your Account Manager if you have an order for a large quantity of a specific material, or if you will be purchasing a high volume of products across an entire project. We are always willing to discuss opportunities to further support our Trade Partners and earn your repeat business.

  • Once you are enrolled in the Trade Program, your Account Manager will send you a link to view the discounted pricing (unit prices). Additionally, your Account Manager will create comprehensive estimates and sales orders outlining your Trade Partner pricing and assist you with placing orders.

  • No, our team will never share Trade Pricing with your customer without discussing with you first. Occasionally, retail customers may request pricing from Masonmade, in which case we would direct them back to you.

  • We prefer to sell through Trade Partners, specifically the company who will be installing the material. We clearly articulate this to retail customers and explain that the Trade Partner is responsible for providing accurate quantities and measurements, approving shop drawings, receiving and unloading palletized material, etc. – and this is why ordering material and billing is handled directly with Trade Partners. 

    When a retail customer is not working with one of our Trade Partners, and wants to purchase material directly, we will coordinate ordering and billing directly with the customer (they receive retail pricing).

  • You may apply for payment terms once enrolled in the Trade Partner program. The simple credit application will require you to provide your business information including your Federal Tax ID number, an accounts payable contact and three professional references. Approved partners typically receive a 30-day term period.

  • We accept cash, check, ACH, debit and credit cards. Customers choosing to pay with a debit or credit card will incur a convenience fee.

  • Your dedicated Account Manager can provide recommendations and insight regarding material selections, colors and cut styles, blending and coordinating products and application specific best practices. 

    We defer to the installer for final quantities and material take-offs. Our team will review take-offs and provide feedback and/or suggestions. We also create detailed shop drawings for cut stone projects and can provide cut tickets or setting prints as needed.

  • For local customers, we offer on-site delivery and unloading via flatbed truck with a piggyback (max 24,000 lbs per load). There is an On-Site Delivery Fee for this service. Customers are welcome to pick-up material from our fulfillment warehouse/material yard.

    For projects located outside our On-Site Delivery radius, we coordinate a freight delivery. This type of shipment is typically facilitated via FedEx Freight as a less-than-truckload (LTL) shipment. We can also set-up full truckload freight shipments on your behalf. You will need a contractor on-site to receive and unload freight shipments. Your Account Manager will provide a freight estimate for you to approve prior to scheduling the shipment.

  • We will NOT overload your inbox with marketing communication. We will send periodic messages, once or twice a month, to keep you informed about new products, feature projects and industry tips or news. You can opt in or out of receiving marketing communication from Masonmade at any time.
